    COACHING AND DEVELOPMENT

    Through the science of presence, performance, and inner peace, Darnell blends emotional intelligence, and high-performance habits to help others unlock their full potential and thrive—both on and off the field. Darnell McDonald is a former Major League Baseball player and Mental Skills Coach for the historic Chicago Cubs World Series team.

  • David Bernstein

    STRATEGY AND FACILITATION

    David is fascinated with the imagination and what lies beyond the limited horizon of our broken corporate culture in America. He believes that a “soul practice” is the key to integrating purpose, strategy and resilience within a business context.

    David facilitates lectures, retreats and workshops based at the crossroad of business, mindfulness, and the pursuit of purpose. He is an adjunct instructor at Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder and the founder of global wellness retreat and consulting group Life Force Project, corporate culture advisory Business Reimagined, and the co-founder of Songbird Sanctuary.
